I'm Leah, and Dean and I live in Eagan, Minnesota. I'm an obedience trainer, and like to start the puppies out right! Because of that, we only raise 1-2 litters per year, as we like to be very hands on with every puppy that we produce! Meet the future mom!
We'd like to introduce Miss Zurri, mom to future litters here at D & L Doodles. Zurri is an Apricot Standard poodle who is now 16 months old. (although everything but her ears has faded, she's still genetically an apricot) Her current height is 24 inches and 60 lbs.
Zurri is OFA hips "Good" Elbows "normal", CERF normal, Thyroid, PRA and SA are still pending.
UPDATE Murphy's law is definitely in effect! While away on our daughter's Make A Wish trip, Zurri came into heat. This is bad, because we missed her, but good because we know she should come in again sometime around the beginning of August. Because this is her first litter, we won't be accepting applications until the breeding is complete.

Meet Duke!
Duke is a 6 year old Golden Retreiver who holds the title of International Grand Champion. With hip scores rarely seen in the world of Goldens, Duke is one stunning guy! We're very excited to see the beautiful puppies he and Zurri create! Duke is OFA Hips "excellent", Elbow's and heart "normal", Thyroid "normal", and CERF "normal". Duke also carries a DELTA therapy certification. He is one all-around amazing dog!

After four wonderful litters (40 puppies in all) Rubee is retiring from her breeding career. She will live out the rest of her many years here with us. Always the faithful companion. All of the puppies pictured on our site thus far are the gifts that Rubee has given us. THANKS RUBEE!

| Meet the Dad! Judah is a red Standard Poodle who just sired his first litters in the fall of 2006. Judah is PennHip, CERF, SA and vwD tested. Together he and Rubee will produce red, apricot and cream puppies. Judah is owned by Living Stream Labradoodles in Montana. |
